Job Description:
• Review of Contractual manpower, Attendance, Recruitment, Contingency and others.
• Contractors bill handover to Account / Payment Before 5 th
• HRMS updation.
• Monthly plant presentation on Given Plant MRM
• KPA- Semi-annual performance review as per KPA program
• To prepare monthly training schedule as per the yearly training plan.
• To arrange safety training & program
• Pre -Health check-up / Eye check up
• Distribution of Personal Protective Equipment
• Safety and Security lead for the plant
• Capture & close PPE’S related issues
• Maintaining & checking the fire extinguisher, first aid box
• Making challan of PF /ESIC/PT & handover to account / submission / received copy.
• Administrative Activity (Identify New Facilities, Projects, Plant Maint, Water tank, dassera pooja, Vehicle Maint.)
• Preparation of Notice & Circulars, Time to time policy communication
• Labor Contractor related to Manpower planning.
• Celebrate achievements: Big or small, they are the solid proof that the work people are putting in has meaning.
• Celebrate people: Birthdays, promotions, retirements, newcomers welcoming, there are plenty of important moments where people can be put at the front of the company.
