Job Description:
· Communication with Contract Supervisor for Requirement of Contract Labour.
· Completion of Joining formality of Contract Labour.
· Daily attendance check of Contract Labour.
· Daily Housekeeping Monitoring and PPE Check at shop floor.
· House Keeping Machine Maintenance.
· Collection Accident Details.
· Maintaining Accident Register.
· Safety audit and its implementation.
· Responsible for all types of Employee documentation pertaining to Employees.
· Coordinating for training and development programs and maintaining records related to Training and Development Program.
· Collection of training Feed Back form.
· Company Policies adherence & implementation.
· Follow safety procedures.
· Maintaining all registers as per Factories Act.
· Effective handling of Industrial disputes.
· Prepare monthly report of all activities.
· Other duties as assigned from time to time.
· Responsible for all types of documentation required for various audits
· Maintain TS/ISO 16949 documentation as per guidelines/instructions.
