Job Description:
• Communication with Contract Supervisor for Requirement of Contract Labour.
• Completion of Joining formality of Contract Labour.
• Daily attendance check of Contract Labour.
• Daily Housekeeping Monitoring and PPE Check at shop floor.
• House Keeping Machine Maintenance.
• Collection Accident Details.
• Maintaining Accident Register.
• Safety audit and its implementation.
• Responsible for all types of Employee documentation pertaining to Employees.
• Coordinating for training and development programs and maintaining records related to Training and Development Program.
• Collection of training Feed Back form.
• Company Policies adherence & implementation.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Maintaining all registers as per Factories Act.
• Effective handling of Industrial disputes.
• Prepare monthly report of all activities.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Responsible for all types of documentation required for various audits
• Maintain TS/ISO 16949 documentation as per guidelines/instructions.
Special Skills:
• MS Office Applications.
