DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Main responsibility – Market research & Product application study.
1. To collect the competitor information to support NPI related work & Bench Marking of products
2. Participate in New Product Promotion and support NEW product testing in field. Editing & maintain product brochures.
3. To support marketing / sales during product promotions and to provide technical support during finalization of tenders and sales.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline required
2) 3 to 4 years experience in bench marking & application study in construction equipment
3) Strong knowledge on systems of Construction equipment’s
4) Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact with customers and other agencies like marketing or HQ team. Strong problem solving skills and a creative approach to generating new ideas.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
a.) Generally need to work 40% indoors and 60% outdoors.
b.) Work environment indoors is usually in a temperature-controlled office; some travel is required.
c.) While performing the duties of this job outdoors, the employee occasionally works in varying weather conditions, visiting developed and undeveloped sites in various stages of construction
d.) Engine noise / Machine noise during testing of equipment.
e.) Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but the employee may occasionally be exposed to high level noises including but not limited to construction equipment’s only..
