Purpose of the Job (Summarized) –
As a HR team member responsible for 150 employee life cycle, payroll & operations, statutory compliances and catering the Learning & Development need of the Technology & IT center.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for complete recruitment process, effective working on job portal and coordination with consultant.
• Achieve time bound recruitment targets and smooth on boarding of candidates.
• Responsible for employee’s entire payroll management. SAP payroll knowledge will be an additional advantage.
• Responsible for rolling out the training and development calendar.
• Coordinate Appraisal process and assure meeting deadlines.
• Organize and conduct various employee engagement activities.
• Analyze and present different HRIS to support the business.
• Adhere the statutory compliances with given deadline, PF, MLW, Maternity benefit, Renewal of licenses, Gratuity, Superannuation, GPA etc.
• Handling various administrative activities, issue of visa invitation letter, Hotel booking etc.
• Handling internal and external audits. Align with ISO, EHS & OSHAS guideline.
• Coordinate with different stake holders to regulate Hr process.
