5) Dealer Management System & inventory control in dealerships, Ensure spare parts availability at dealership and sp parts target ach, Depot inspection & PDI
6) Warranty Administration-Dealer’s warranty claims & FSC rejection control, Dealer warranty claim settlement, Failed parts return & Logistic control
7) Market intelligence and competition report
8) Product performance monitoring
9) Retro fitment and monitoring performance
10) Providing single window support to channel partners.
11) Knowledge of Local implement usage, Network expansion
12) Product Failure Route cause analysis, Failure trend analysis
13) Feedback to management on failures
14) Knowledge of Local implement usage, Cross-functional co-ordination for product improvement, Close monitoring on competitor activity & market requirement feedback
15) Liaison & customer handling on CCRA cases
