Identifying qualified candidates through various resume databases, online job boards, professional networks, LinkedIn, etc.
Working closely with our hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, understand the requirements and responsibilities of all the different roles you’ll be hiring from, and plan the recruitment process accordingly
Creating accurate, robust job ads for all open positions within the company, posting job listings on various job boards and platforms, and regularly reviewing all incoming applications
Reviewing candidates’ portfolios and resumes and shortlisting candidates for interviews
Handle all communication with candidates and hiring platforms/job boards
Tracking recruitment KPIs, such as time to hire, cost per hire, and offer acceptance rate
Performing background checks and verifying candidates’ information
Working knowledge of recruitment software, such as the preferred applicant tracking system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or a [preferred certification]
