Allocate responsibilities and office space
Assess staff performance and manage Disciplinary Actions
Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company. Daily MIS Reports
Manage schedules and deadlines including third party visits, Internal & external Audits.
Statutory and Legal functions, Staff & contract Labours, Contract labour report dept wise, IR, ER, Vendors Bill process, Scrap discard
SOP Reviews & implementation. Ensure Adherence to policies and regulations
Identify process bottlenecks and Offer solutions for improvement
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Oversee facilities services and maintenance
Organize and supervise other office activities Day to day housekeeping, in house as well premises.
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business development.
All emergency / accident handling, hospital to factory inspector, police station, Mamlatdar. Further documentation process.
Experiences:
Ex Defense personnel with experience in Pharmaceutical or Chemical industry
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with leadership skills.
