Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies procurement, vendor management, and maintenance of clinic and office facilities.
Maintain inventory records and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries. Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, repairs, and renovations of clinic and office facilities.
Manage relationships with building management and external service providers. Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized clinic and office environment.
Act as a point of contact for employees’ administrative queries and requests.
Maintain a record of all the bills and ensure timely payment for the same by coordinating with the Finance team.
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
IT Duties
Manage the procurement, installation, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Make sure the internet connections are up and running at all times in offices and clinics.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely technical support to employees.
Ensure data security and backup procedures are implemented and maintained effectively.
Respond to user inquiries, resolve technical problems, and escalate issues as needed. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for advanced technical support or system upgrades.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of office management principles, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and other relevant software applications.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
