Job Responsibilities:
• Building rapport and fostering excellent customer relationships.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Demonstrating sound knowledge to support clients with correct information about our range of products and services
• Ensuring all client requests, orders and returns are completed in line with company procedures.
• Report on daily sales updates.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Ensuring customer calls/queries are managed in a professional and timely manner
• Understand the competitor’s strategy and act accordingly.
• Execute Promotions and other Inter-related activities
• Adhere to the company’s Credit policy and ensure the collection to be done on time.
• Accurately managing and maintaining client records within company guidelines
• Managing and resolving customer complaints via appropriate channels.
Skillsets:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience of Animal Health Care products, Especially Poultry /Companion/Ruminant products.
• Candidate must be aware about the assigned territory in terms of sales potential.
• Excellent communication skills, phone manner and written correspondence to customers.
• Strong teamwork with a high work ethic and ability to collaborate with broader internal teams.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Solid administration, data entry and order processing experience
• A love of animals and an understanding of animal health products is desirable.
