Key Responsibilities Areas
- To work with the copywriter to design and build creative ideas in preparing ad, commercial, mailer, brochure, or other advertisement
- To crack the creative brief and decide on the key message working in tandem with the copywriter, CSEs and Design Team
- To further develop the concepts based on the message in tandem with the copywriter with special focus on art/design aspect
- To present thus developed concepts to Rugved and short listing them
- To work in tandem with the copywriter in making the presentation
- To work in co-ordination with CSE to make the presentation to the client
- To get feedback from the client and understand changes required
- To work in tandem with copywriter to make necessary changes to the deliverables
- To get final approvals, internal and external on deliverables
- To oversee the process of DTP and production
- To monitor artwork constantly during release for further processing
- Should conduct brief meetings with Client along with CSE
- Should know all latest media vehicles

- High quality of design work, consistently satisfying client and agency standards
- Smooth functioning with copywriters and production and DTP teams
- Timely delivery of deliverables
Eligibility, Competencies and Skill Expectations
- Graduate degree from a design school with extra graphic certification
- Minimum of 5-6 year experience in Advertising and Design
- Should possess proficiency in graphics and multimedia
- Should have proven creativity and visualization skills
- Should be good with preparing presentation
- Shall possess good multi-tasking skills
- Shall possess sufficient understanding of the functioning of the internal departments of the ad agency especially media, client servicing and production
