Primary Responsibilities: Assist the Directors in day to day routine activities, internal department coordination and any other task assigned by the Directors from Time to Time.

Reporting to: Directors and HODs .
Required Skill:
Excellent Personality and communication skills, Good Command over English language, good knowledge of MS
Office and google products (Calendar, Keep Etc.), skilled in written communication , very good with coordination and interpersonal relationships, should be a learner by focusing on companies core purpose and core values.
Key Result Areas
Internal:
1>. All types of communication with Existing and New Clients.
2>. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations.
3>. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
4>. Develop and maintain a filing system
5>. Submit and reconcile expense reports
6>. Cordinate with HODs for Day to Day
External:
1>. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and and New Clients making hotel reservations.
2>. Cordinate with Clients who are in touch with HODs and generating reports and presentations. Director.
3>. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate person.
4>. Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
5>. Greet and assist visitors.
6>. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e- internal communication and activities. mail, and mail.
