Job Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for creating promotion material, marketing, lead-generation, and CRM and database management activities for the education division. The profile will involve the following:
• Lead Generation through Social Network like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
• Good knowledge about social media especially Facebook & Instagram
• Good knowledge of Facebook ads & google ads
• Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads
• Strong SEO/SEM capabilities
• Creating Social Media content calendar and creatives & repurposing content.
• Hands on experience in creating videos & Reels.
• Create a report of competitor advertising links
• Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline for the Sales Executive via email communications, LinkedIn, Facebook and other Social Network
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Creating Marketing collateral and distribution of those collateral in various marketing channel
• Good experience in creating content and copy for the online mediums including blogs, websites, infographics, online videos, competitions, and social media campaigns.

• Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good knowledge of residential clusters and premium properties will be a big plus
• Candidate must own a two/four-wheeler and be currently based in Pune
