Job Description:
• Maintaining & keeping the office premise & surroundings in a good & hygiene condition (Housekeeping).
• Coordinate with all the departments, subdivisions by maintaining good interpersonal relations.
• Courier Management (Inward and Outward).
• Vendor interactions.
• Maintaining important documents, records, and files in a proper and organized manner.
• Co-ordinate & ensure attendance & gate passes for all.
• Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately.
• Managing the smooth working of telecommunication.
• Coordination and Management for Landline.
• Event management. (Birthday, Annual Day ,Functions, Festival, etc….Celebration as per the need)
• Responsible for arranging office furniture & its layout.
• Pantry management.
• Coordinate with recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with joining activities, with structured induction process as per the policies.
• Responsible for Travelling Management, Hotel booking.
• Clearing the bills as and when submitted.
• Maintaining follow up with the concerned person for confirmation.
• Overall General Administration, i.e. maintaining front office, housekeeping, conference hall, notice board.
• Stationary Management i.e. requirement with min. quantity in stock, Monitoring Cost reduction in stationary items.
• Maintaining record of daily attendance registers.
• Any other responsibilities given as per the need of organization.
