Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Front-ending salesperson to call and reach out to decision-makers/ C level/
  • Manager level persons and identify sales opportunities
  • Responsible for Lead generation
  • Directly involved in inside sales and marketing
  • Involved in identifying new businesses and prospective customers
  • Take a consultative /solutions approach to your sales lead generation
  • Carry out the required market research and profiling to further qualify the prospects
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent command of the English language with an excellent telephone manner
  • Basic technical Knowledge about Computers Hardware
  • Basic IT Infrastructure knowledge, including the use of spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of CCNA, ERP, Database
