Job Responsibilities:

  • Will be required to handle other functions of HR in generalist role
  • Respond to queries from employees, vendors and the Management.
  • Handle talent acquisition, talent management and development
  • Building employee relationship and employee engagement
  • Pre and post recruitment formalities, documentation, new employee induction and confirmation process
  • MIS and reporting
  • Interacts closely with staff and handles the grievances and escalates to next level as and when required
  • Conducts/ Coordinate the L & D activities as planned
  • HRMS – SuccessFactors maintenance
  • Undertakes any other responsibility as assigned by HR team based on need.
  • Statutory & Corporate Compliances
  • Managing Internal / External HR process Audit (ISO/ OSHAS)
  • Time Office Management (Attendance Management)
  • Close interaction and coordination with finance & procurement teams; and consultants for coordination of HR activities
  • Employee engagement activities through volunteer groups
  • Cross functional interaction with staff and ensures timely services for all grievances.
  • Ensure the process related documentation are meticulous and secured as required.
  • As this role handling personal information highest degree of confidentiality & integrity should be maintained.

Specific Skills:

  • Good domain knowledge in recruitment, on boarding employee engagement and other HR related activities detail
  • Self-starter and execution of all assigned task
  • Highly ethical and disciplined
  • Strong communicator of both written and verbal
  • Good at MIS Management
