Job Responsibilities:

  • Learning & Development – Direct all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards.
  • Analyze and identify the training and development needs of employees.
  • Develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned requirements of the organization.
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs so skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements.
  • Employee Engagement – To monitor effective implementation of Employee Engagement calendar, Lead the Reward & Recognition program for Staff employees, annual R & R selection and organizing the Award function.
  • Hands   on   experience   in   Learning   and   Development,   Organizational   Development,   Talent Management, HR Policy formulation and other HR Processes.
  • Preferably from manufacturing background.
  • Experience of managing a team of professionals, exposure of LMS will be added advantage

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to drive L&D & conduct training programs.
  • Excellent business communication skills, presentation skills & advanced excel.
  • Understanding of end-to-end L&D process, knowledge of Kirkpatrick model of evaluation, Knowledge of various Training methodology, ability to facilitate group discussions etc.
