Learning & Development – Direct all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards.
Analyze and identify the training and development needs of employees.
Develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned requirements of the organization.
Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs so skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements.
Employee Engagement – To monitor effective implementation of Employee Engagement calendar, Lead the Reward & Recognition program for Staff employees, annual R & R selection and organizing the Award function.
Hands on experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Policy formulation and other HR Processes.
Preferably from manufacturing background.
Experience of managing a team of professionals, exposure of LMS will be added advantage
Key Competencies:
Ability to drive L&D & conduct training programs.
Excellent business communication skills, presentation skills & advanced excel.
Understanding of end-to-end L&D process, knowledge of Kirkpatrick model of evaluation, Knowledge of various Training methodology, ability to facilitate group discussions etc.
