Job Responsibilities:
• Manage relations with existing partners (builders, property investors, clients & realtors)
• Market properties through digital media, property portals, SMS / email campaigns, broker networks & tele-calling.
• Generate & qualify leads and thereafter forward them to the transaction team.
• Offer basic advice on market trends to prospect clients.
• Provide administrative assistance to the real estate transaction team.
• Proven experience as Digital Marketing or similar role
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics etc.)
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Analytical mind-set and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Coordinate sale / lease registrations.
Personality & Other Traits: –
• Good communication, presentation and Interpersonal skills
• Disciplined, punctual, mature & good team player
• Proven track record in lead generation for service / consulting industry
• Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good knowledge of residential clusters and premium properties is must.
• Candidate must own a two/four-wheeler and be currently based in Pune
