Job Purpose:  Maintains full responsibility for assigned business unit, including profitability, product management, budgeting and business unit operations

Job Responsibility:

1. Leading members of the Sales team.

2. Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of sales functions and processes.

3. Achieving stretched targets and managing sales in a result-focused environment.

4. Making effective sales presentations and closing deals.

5. Resolving team and member/ customer conflicts.

6. Maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service.

7. Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.

8. Constantly liaising with other departments for smooth functioning.

9. Maintaining own awareness of product in order to sell effectively.

10. Training, motivating and coaching Team Managers and teams of Sales Executives.

11. Responsible for productivity & conversion rates.

Skill Required:

  • Ability to balance between task and people orientation.
  • Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Analytic ability to understand and act.
