WH089 Service Delivery Head Sourcing

Role

  • Leading the development of the company’s strategic sourcing plan and tactics for Services, Software and Material.
  • Seeking challenging roles as People Management in Procurement, Sourcing, Price Negotiations, Purchase & Vendor, Contract Management, Capital Procurement
  • Effective in managing preparation & evaluation of competitive quotations from vendors, as well as subsequent. Contractual / rate negotiations and closures of contracts in line with budgetary & market dynamics
  • Responsible for renewing the existing contracts within their expiry period and implementation of new contract well in time for smooth business.
  • Ensure skilful close co-ordination with engineering teams and finalizing R&D Equipment, software licenses & service-related orders for product testing and validation work.
  • Evaluating vendors & negotiating the contract prices, delivery schedule, terms & conditions with them for Software, Outsourcing, Time and Material based Head Count augmentation, facility Management & Critical services.
  • Ensuring availability and delivery of right quality services at the right time, price and terms; devising efficient logistics management system to ensure delivery of the goods / shipments as per committed timelines & cost
  • Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities based on negotiation check sheet and various sourcing approaches like zero based costing, aggregated based costing, least of least and reference pricing etc.
  • Developing long-term partnerships with suppliers; dealing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms.
  • Emerging, implementing purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervising effective & efficient costing system resulting in cost reduction, business process and procedures for improving performances.
  • Define, develop, and improve processes across sourcing.
  • Ensure OTIF support to internal customers, keeping the team moral high.
  • Create & maintain various Dashboards, KPI to Control, Monitor & Improve the Quality, Delivery, and the cost parameters.
  • Work in close coordination with BH teams while communicating with customer. Ensure periodic communications & meetings with BH teams.
