Responsibilities:

  • Identifying qualified candidates through various resume databases, online job boards, professional networks, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Working closely with our hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, understand the requirements and responsibilities of all the different roles you’ll be hiring from, and plan the recruitment process accordingly
  • Creating accurate, robust job ads for all open positions within the company, posting job listings on various job boards and platforms, and regularly reviewing all incoming applications
  • Reviewing candidates’ portfolios and resumes and shortlisting candidates for interviews
  • Handle all communication with candidates and hiring platforms/job boards
  • Tracking recruitment KPIs, such as time to hire, cost per hire, and offer acceptance rate
  • Performing background checks and verifying candidates’ information
  • Working knowledge of recruitment software, such as the preferred applicant tracking system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or a [preferred certification]
