Job design, update job descriptions and advertise job openings on careers page, social media, job boards
Source active and passive potential candidates from multi online channels e.g. social media and professional platforms to build a robust candidate pipeline
Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
Ability to scan large volumes of resumes and application forms
Manage the overall interview via phone, video selection, and closing process
Prepare and distribute assignments- pre employment tests
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring manager
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board
Other HR tasks as per requirement, in guidance of operations manager
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs
Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
Skills & Qualifications:
Any graduate or MBA HR
Minimum 1-5 years of strong experience in recruitment
Proficient in in Microsoft Office, HR tools such as ATS and HRIS systems
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Best convincing & presentation skills to make independent decisions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Stay well-informed of talent acquiring trends and marketing
Ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust with a variety of stakeholders
